Do the Bontrager RL bib shorts have leg grippers or powerbands?

Hi, i just started cycling a couple months ago and am now getting pretty good. So i decided i wanted to get bib shorts, and i was wondering if the Bontrager RL bib shorts have leg grippers or power bands?
