I haven't got 1st test GRE scorecard.do 2nd scorecard includes both scores and enough for aplying to unvrsties?

i had taken gre test 2 times. i have not got 1st test score card.. do 2nd score card includes both scores? and do the 2nd score card is enough for applying for universities? or is it compulsory to get 1st score card? plz help me
